Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for scheduling a booking with us! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and refund policy. To ensure we can accommodate all our participants and provide the best service, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Policy
72 Hours Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking. This allows us to offer the slot to other participants, you will be refunded all funds paid apart from the non-refundable deposit (please refer to the booking page)

2. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can happen. In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you or provide an alternative solution, usually by offering a rescheduled booking. Contact must be made on all occasions, any “no shows” will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds
Eligible Refunds: If you cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will receive a refund of all funds paid apart from your non-refundable deposit (please refer to the booking page)

Ineligible Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice or no shows are non-refundable, unfortunately you will not receive a refund.

4. How to Cancel your appointment
To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@setandsavederby.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your full name, booking date and time.

Every booking made with Set&Save will require a non-refundable deposit, the amount will be stated on the booking page of our website. This charge helps us cover costs even if you are unable to attend.
