Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for scheduling a booking with us! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and refund policy. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best service, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • 72 Hours Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

     

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled booking, we may charge a late cancellation fee of £10.

 

2. Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies can happen. In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you or work out an alternative solution, usually by offering a rescheduled booking.

 

3. Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: If you cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
  • Ineligible Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

 

4. How to Cancel your appointment

To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@setandsavederby.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your full name, booking date and time, and the reason for your booking request.
